About Us
PC Builders Ltd are a modern building company, completing a diversity of projects from new builds, conversions, refurbishments including listed buildings and a variety of extensions, large and small.
The company is owned and managed by Paul and Clare Collings and their daughter Zoe who has recently joined the company. The company also offers a design and build package as Clare with 30 years experience works closely with Paul and their Clients to achieve planning and building regs approvals if requested. Zoe who has a degree in Business Management and a passion for interior design where she is completing an 'Online Certificate in Residential Interior Design' with KLC school of design. .
The Company offers a diversity of services in the building sector and employees full time staff, as well as instructing a variety of trusted sub contractors , who we have worked with over the years, to offer a diversity of building skills and products, as well as a Quantity Surveyor to look at costs and Structural Engineers to cover the construction details of
the build.
We can offer either a service that covers from design stage to completion , all in house or a build to completion service, if Clients have already achieved planning and building regulations approvals.
